The Order
Our size chart can provide you with all the necessary sizing information. Scanning through our size chart will guide you in picking the correct Size. If all hope is lost, feel free to reach us via email at hello@lohanalifestyle.com.
Dual sizing refers to garments with a more relaxed and comfortable fit that both S&M and M&L can wear.
In most cases, we always recommend our customers to size down. The objective is to wear a comfortable garment that gives you comfort; choosing Size XS/S over S and M over S/M is recommended.
OS is an abbreviation for “One Size,” also known as “Overall Size” in most cases.
This is because OS measurements in our size chart often differ depending on which style or silhouette. We suggest going with an OS if you usually wear sizes XS to L. OS+ will work better for XL and higher; hence, we didn’t include it.
It’s best to check our size chart before making a purchase. You will get flexibility in choosing what’s best for you this time around.

Shipment
Although certain countries may experience delays due to postcode or address-related issues, the average lead time to dispatch an order is five working days after the purchase order.

An Order is dispatched within 3 working days from receiving an order.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm IST.
We do free shipping in India. International shipping costs will depend on the weight of your parcel, generally, the delivery pin code or address. Upon checking out your order on our website, you’ll see the shipping cost.
International shipments may vary by the parcel’s destination; on average, a parcel may take up to 5 working days in transit.
Returns
Returns can be processed via our email at hello@lohanalifestyle.com. Your email subject SHOULD be in the following format: RETURN ORDER NUMBER 00000. You must use the same order number you received upon purchasing the product (in your confirmed email) and the email address you previously initiated the purchase. Note: Size exchanges/returns will not be possible on our discounted products.
We will email you our store credit notes and size exchanges. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, and returns are currently unavailable on discounted Lohana Lifestyle products.
We recommend our customers apply for a store credit note via email at hello @ lohanalifestyle.com. You can also return it for size exchange within 60 days. We do not offer refunds.
Please email us at hello@lohanalifestyle.com with the order number of the product using the original email used to purchase the product. The email should state the reasons for the exchange or return and get a response from the Lohana Lifestyle team before attempting a return or exchange.
Fabric & Gift
We do our best to ensure our post-production of images on the website does not interfere with the actual product colour. The colours of all the products on our website depict the product’s true colours. However, you may see a different colour depending on the gadget you are using to view our products; the colour may rely on the device settings you are currently viewing our website on.
The wash care experience may vary, and note that we currently do not have any organisation we would recommend, but home laundry liquid does just fine based on our expertise.
We recommend always ironing your Lohana Lifestyle pieces inside out. Adjust the heat and temperature to the fabric’s requirements. Check our care guide we have placed on your clothes.
